Sometimes it takes a more 1:1 approach to achieve results, which is why we offer executive coaching both as a standalone service, and as part of a broader package (in combination with our capability development programs, or our business consultancy service).
Organisations can book Coaching Credits to use throughout the year as and when necessary, and have the option to choose their specific coach, depending on organisational need.
Business Consultancy
In a time of economic crisis, organisations are forced to make difficult decisions, including cuts to their human resources. To ensure these cuts don’t negatively impact organisational culture, ability to meet KPI’s or key business metrics, KEASE International can provide the necessary support.
