The leadership landscape in 2020 is vastly different, the demands on leaders to manage emerging digital and human assets in a rapidly changing environment presents challenges that have never before been seen.
This is a must do program for established leaders seeking to elevate their leadership capabilities in the future of work. The Human-Centred Leadership Program will help you navigate the demands of modern leadership through amplifying the core capabilities as defined by the World Economic Forum.
How the program is delivered
The Human-Centred Leadership program is a measured and comprehensive three-part solution.
Part One
We utilise a 360 Leadership assessment to create a baseline score for the participant. The participant works with a certified neuroscience based executive coach to enhance their growth areas. At the conclusion of the program the assessment is take again to measure the growth and transformation as a result of the program.
Part Two
We deliver capability uplift through a blended learning solution of face to face intensive workshops and a mobile learning platform (MyLEAP).
Part Three
We work with the executive team to identify a strategic goal that requires a change to business processes or an improvement. The participants demonstrate practical application of newly acquired capabilities and present an improvement or change proposal to the executive team at the conclusion of the program.
Customisable content
This program has been developed with the core capabilities as outlined by the World Economic Forum.
These core capabilities are:
- Leading with emotional and social intelligence
- Leading digital transformation and adaptive work practices
- Strategic vision and operational excution.
The content within each component can be customised in collaboration with KEASE International and your organisation, to ensure outcomes respond to organisational strategy values, policies and procedures.
Assessments and reports
The Human-Centred Leadership program incorporates the GENOS® 360° Assessments at the commencement and completion of the program to measure individual uplift. The program also incorporates a DiSC® Assessment at commencement of the program as a way to develop greater awareness of self and others.
