About us

Experienced advisers for businesses that have outgrown guesswork

Kease was founded to give established Australian businesses access to the calibre of commercial thinking usually reserved for much larger organisations.

Our people

Industry leaders, innovators and trusted advisors

At KEASE, our people are more than consultants — they're industry leaders, innovators, and trusted advisors shaping the future of leadership, strategy, and design.

Collectively, we bring decades of experience delivering measurable impact across business, government, and education — and we remain deeply engaged in the industries we serve. Our team contributes to the broader business community as judges for the Brisbane Lord Mayor's Women in Business Awards and the Moreton Bay Business and Innovation Awards, as an Ambassador for Good Design Australia, and through representation on the Industry Advisory Board for RMIT's Master of Design Innovation and Technology.

We're proud to lead by example — applying the same principles of excellence, creativity, and collaboration to our own practice that we help our clients build within theirs.

Our difference

We are not your typical consultants

At KEASE International Consulting, we're not outsiders handing over advice — we become part of your business.

As fractional experts in leadership, strategy, customer experience and process design, we embed alongside your team to design, deliver, and sustain growth from within.

We design for purpose

Not just performance — every recommendation is grounded in why your business exists and where it is going.

We stay through implementation

Not just insight — we embed alongside your team and stay beside you until new ways of working take hold.

One connected system

We connect leadership, capability, culture and customer experience into a cohesive system that drives measurable results.

Measured by what changes

We measure success by what changes in your business — not just what is delivered.

Our mission

Our mission is built on kindness

At KEASE International Consulting, the ‘K’ stands for kindness, and we live by it. Our mission is closely aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals—specifically, Goal 4 (Quality Education), Goal 5 (Gender Equality), and Goals 8 and 10 (Decent Work & Economic Growth; Reduced Inequality).

UN SDG Goal 4: Quality EducationUN SDG Goal 5: Gender EqualityUN SDG Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic GrowthUN SDG Goal 10: Reduced Inequality

Our team is actively involved in pro-bono projects, providing mentoring and coaching to initiatives such as The Queensland Servant Leadership Forum, Women in Technology, and supporting marginalised or underrepresented women. We have also partnered with DFAT and QUT in the APAC region, delivering programs to empower women in STEM.

KEASE International Consulting is proud to support organisations like YourTown, Endeavour Foundation, Stationery Aid, and Share the Dignity through regular donations.

Our journey

How we have evolved

KEASE began more than 20 years ago as a learning and development business, grounded in the belief that organisational performance starts with capable, confident people.

As our clients’ challenges became more complex, our expertise and services evolved with them. Today, KEASE is a boutique multidisciplinary consultancy trusted by global brands, ASX-listed companies, government agencies, councils and enterprise organisations across Australia and Southeast Asia.

Our team of 15 experienced associates brings expertise across leadership, strategy, customer experience, stakeholder engagement, governance, organisational development, process improvement, innovation and people capability.

While our services have expanded, learning and development remains central to who we are. We continue to provide fractional L&D services, giving organisations access to experienced capability leadership and support without the commitment of a full-time internal role. We can establish an L&D function, strengthen an existing team or provide additional capability for a defined period or priority.

This breadth enables us to connect the elements that make transformation successful—strategy, people, processes, governance, capability and technology.

As organisations enter the AI enablement era, KEASE continues to evolve. We help clients redesign how work gets done, strengthen the human capabilities AI cannot replace and embed governance into processes from the outset.

Our origins in learning and development remain one of our greatest strengths. We understand that transformation only creates value when people have the capability, confidence and support to bring it to life.
