The Road to Recovery Queensland Small & Medium Enterprise Package (R2-QSME) has been designed to support leaders who are guiding their business through this transition period.

This is NOT a training package – this is a transformational learning space; a safe place for SME leaders to engage with on-demand coaching, with experts at your fingertips. We provide a learning environment which is responsive to changing needs, interactive, engaging and encourages exploration, where you are in control of your learning – the time, location and topics.

This program has three core elements:

On-demand 1:1 coaching request & provision of group coaching and access to subject matter experts

For one set price, your registered leaders will have access to our accredited leadership coaches and our Road to Recovery virtual library, until January 2021. Over this time, we will continue to engage with you to ensure your leaders have the most current information, and, with things shifting rapidly, that content is reflective of the current situation and challenges. 

  • Monthly group coaching sessions for all registered leaders on their preferred date and time – booked via our simple online booking system, and delivered by our team of accredited leadership coaches
