'Energise' is designed for teams experiencing common challenges such as conflict management and issues with collaboration. COVID-19 has caused many organisations to offer remote working to their teams, but this has also created challenges with team cohesion and workplace culture. Our energise program addresses these challenges.
Restore & Rise
'Restore and Rise' is perfect for new teams, organisations experiencing time constraints, or for remote teams who only meet physically throughout the year. This program has been designed with greater flexibility to enable a greater transfer of knowledge.

‘Refresh’ is our more compact program, perfect for organisations and teams who are already kicking goals. This is the perfect opportunity to bring your team(s) together to ‘refresh’ and start 2021 on the right foot.
Split into two parts, this one day program will commence with a 5 hour fun, interactive workshop covering the following:
- The foundational behaviours of team performance
The program will conclude with a team-building activity, putting the learnings into play.
In the weeks leading up to the one-day program, all enrolled participants will complete the following diagnostics. The results of these diagnostics will be provided to participants during the workshop and results discussed:
- Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team report – this report helps participants better understand themselves, the personalities in their team, and how they can effectively work together
- Individual DiSC Profile – this helps to improve individual self-awareness and better understand individual communication styles.
