The Foundations of Leadership program has been designed for new leaders and supervisors looking to lead with confidence, and engage their teams for success.

The Human-Centred Leadership program is ideal for established leaders who are seeking to elevate their leadership skills or career status.
This program combines a series of workshops, coaching sessions and individual assessments to ensure participants are always tracking on a path to success. The program covers the three core components of emotional intelligence:
